Cancel a subscription
Three ways, no friction.
- WEBBought on the websiteSign in, open Profile → Manage subscription and turn off renewal — or email support@aoora.app from the address used at checkout with the subject “Cancel”. Cancel before the end of your current period to avoid the next charge.
- iOSBought on the App StoreSettings → your name → Subscriptions → MySlim → Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before renewal.
- ANDBought on Google PlayGoogle Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MySlim → Cancel, at least 24 hours before renewal.
